Brad Russom has joined forces with CARSTAR, the nation's largest network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities, to open his second CARSTAR location in northwest Tennessee. This franchise award can only be achieved by meeting CARSTAR's strict requirements in areas such as training, customer service and technical ability. With over 30 years in the business, Russom's has achieved them all and is excited about introducing this concept in auto repair to the Dyersburg/ Dyer County area.
We have a state of the art facility that uses high quality waterborne products which is not only environmentally friendlier than traditional products, but is also utilized by many of the automotive manufactures. The results are better color match in fewer coats and looks as if there were never an accident.
We at Russom's CARSTAR Collision strive to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. We offer shuttle service when needed and have rental vehicles on site for even more convenience to our customers. We also accept most major credit cards and offer a 90 Day same as cash card thru CARSTAR Card.
We are honored to work as a direct repair facility for most of the major insurance companies. Russom's will provide a written warranty on all repairs. We repair both foreign and domestic automobiles.
