SUMMARY:Hero's Hunt
DESCRIPTION:Youth Deer Hunt for the children of wounded or killed soldiers and first responders.\n\n \n\nWe are excited that you have decided to register for our 4th Annual Hero's Hunt! Please fill out this registration form and return it by July 31st\, via mail or email. The child must be 9-15 years old at the time of the Hunt to be eligible. A guardian or adult chaperone provided by the child's guardian is required to accompany the child during the duration of the event (Only 1 adult may attend per family). This person will be responsible for the possession and safety of the attendee's firearm when not in use for hunting or sighting in. Hunting mentors and guides will be provided for the hunts as needed. All expenses for the youth hunt\, such as fuel\, food\, accommodations\, and any hunting equipment needed for the hunt. Please\, inform us of your travel plans on the registration form so that we can plan for the expenses. \n\n\n\nDocumentation: Must be included with your registration form \n\n\n\nInclude in your application a picture of your Hero\, the child/children you are registering and a family picture\, we like to put faces with names. Also include a copy of: guardian ID\, chaperone's ID if other than the guardian\, guardian or chaperone's background check form\, proof of parent's service (this could be a military ID\, discharge paper or first responder certification or ID)\, copy of the child's birth certificate\, Social Security card or ID and copy of the child's insurance card.
