About Us

Career Counselor Sandra Hickey oversees the Career Solutions center in Union City. Career Solutions provides one-on-one job training and placement services for clients and employers in the northwest Tennessee area.

Sandra is excited to not only help people gain meaningful employment, but also assist employers searching for qualified employees for their workforce. It's a win-win situation for the client, the employer, and the community.

The services offered through Career Solutions are free thanks to the generosity of Goodwill's donors and shoppers. Donated items are processed by Goodwill employees, placed in our retail stores, and the proceeds from the sale of those items allow Goodwill to support its mission through Career Solutions.

Goodwill's mission is to provide employment and training opportunities for people who have disabilities and others who have trouble finding and keeping jobs.
