About Us
The PDC at Dyersburg is a joint venture supported by the Dyersburg City Schools, the Dyer County Schools and the Tennessee Department of Education. Located in the old Dyersburg High School in downtown Dyersburg, the PDC brings high quality professional development and training for educators and support staff within driving distance of schools in the Northwest Tennessee area.
Additionally, the PDC is home to the Dyer County YMCA, the Dyer County Museum and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program.
The Yates Auditorium is home to the local Community Concerts Association and the Dyer County Arts Council.
The PDC has the very latest in high-tech presentation and communication equipment. From a high definition video conferencing camera system to C-band satellite receiver, large screen projection systems and plasma flat panels, the PDC is the best place for adult learning in Dyersburg.
