Red Sand Project Ceremony- Newbern PD

Dyer County Health Department, Dyer County Health Council, Newbern Police Department, and WRAP Office will be holding a brief Red Sand Project ceremony in honor of Human Trafficking Awareness Week in Tennessee.

Come participate in pouring your own red sand (provided) in honor of human trafficking victims.

Anyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
