Achieve's Biggest Loser Contest sign up deadline
Our sign up deadline is October 30th @2:00. It is free for anyone who becomes a patient. To stay qualified you must attend your follow up in November and December. The completion will end December 31st. We will announce the biggest loser in January. And they will receive there prizes.
