EXECUTIVE IMPACT’S MANAGER BOOTCAMP LAUNCHES MAY 22ND!
Designed for employers who:

- want to further develop those responsible for leading a team to achieve the strategic vision of the organization, but
- may not have the budget to bring a coaching / training program in-house.
Executive Impact launches the “Manager BootCamp” on May 22nd!
This four month, intensive leadership development program combines group training with one-on-one coaching to equip supervisors and managers with an increased ability to plan and direct, better motivate, cultivate accountability and more effectively coach their team.
The Manager BootCamp includes:
- Profiles XT Assessment ~ measuring thinking style, personality & behavior traits and occupational interests
- 4 (1 – 1.5 hour) one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant
- 4 (4 hour) group coaching / training sessions in a roundtable setting with professionals from other companies
- 6 Leadership Edge modules / workbooks
- 2 (1 hour) participant review meetings with each participant’s manager
