Open House for New Students and Parents

DSCC will host several Open House: New Student Orientation events for upcoming and potential students this summer at all DSCC locations. TN Promise students are required to attend an Open House event in person in order to fulfill their scholarship requirement.

• DSCC Dyersburg campus: July 14 & August 20 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Student Center.

• DSCC Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County: July 16 & August 18 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., DSCC Baptist Memorial Health Care Academic Building.

• DSCC Gibson County Center: August 19.

Students will be able to meet with advisors and instructors, get information about financial aid, tour the campus, learn about academic programs offered, obtain Student ID and parking passes, and learn about student life and organizations.
