The public will be treated by medical staff of the US Army Reserves
Offering Medical Services, August 5th - 13th, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (daily), 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday to people in and around Dyersburg, TN at the Dyersburg Mall located at 2700 Lake Road in Dyersburg.
NO CHARGE FOR ANY OF THESE SERVICES!
Services Provided: (for all people 2 yrs. and older)
- Medical screening and non emergency medical treatment
- Dental exams, extractions (13 yrs. and older)
- Optometry exams
- Prescriptions may be written
- Medical and wellness education information
