Christ Classical Academy welcomes area parents, educators, and other individuals who are interested in learning more about autism. With more and more children diagnosed with autism each year, the need to understand this condition is more crucial than ever. the meeting will be in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church at 1005 Highway 51 Bypass W in Dyersburg. This informational session about autism spectrum disorders will be conducted by an autism professional and a parent of a child with autism and will highlight the characteristics of autism, the effects of autism on behavior, the implications for learning and interventions, and the services and support available in the community.
